Marëa: Luces de Santander

Marëa is an ongoing duo composed of Marina Iglesias Pérez and Maëlle Castro Veillon."Marea (spanish for “tide”) refers to the movement of water"For our first exhibition, Luces de Santander, we produced a series of cyanotypes inspired by the light and character of Santander. The project was supported by Espacio Joven Santander and included a radio interview at Cadena SER Santander, as well as a live cyanotype-making event. One of the pieces is currently featured in an urban exhibition at the Pasaje de Peña in Santander.
